Senior Vice President of Sales
SONIFI, a market-leading provider of innovative technology solutions for the hospitality industry, seeks a dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President of Sales to spearhead our continued growth and expansion.
As a seasoned executive with a proven track record of success in B2B technology sales, you will be instrumental in driving our sales strategy and fostering strong relationships with key industry stakeholders. Your strategic leadership and ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing sales team will be essential to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with SONIFI's overall strategy and long-term business objectives.
- Build relationships and sell to C level customers through a proper and implementable go to market plan.
- Establish, develop and maintain strong executive level relationships in market across current and future clients.
- Drive a strong sales discipline and ensure the execution of sales leads both self-sourced, via Marketing and Partner eco-system.
- Establish strong practices for Customer Retention working closely with Customer Success Team.
- Cultivate a high-performance sales culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities, both domestically and internationally.
- Drive significant revenue growth through strategic partnerships, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
- Optimize sales processes and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Be the voice of SONIFI and drive adoption of SONIFI products in new market areas and segments.
Qualifications:
- 20+ years of experience, track record of consistently overachieving sales plans
- Proven executive-level experience in B2B technology sales, with track record of driving revenue growth targets and market expansion.
- Strong preference for prior experience with networked solutions, infrastructure, and tech-enabled services sales.
- Deep understanding of the hospitality industry, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Exceptional ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams, mentoring and developing talent.
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
- Ability to develop and maintain senior relationships, and a high degree of responsiveness and integrity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with C-suite executives.
- A strategic mindset and the ability to think long-term while driving short-term results.
- Must be able to travel as needed

Generally starting at $200,000 - $300,000 annually with incentive. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, experience, education, specialty, and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage. This position is also eligible for PTO, holidays, health, dental, vision, retirement plans, pet insurance, on-demand pay, and a variety of other benefits.
