Your resume is maintained in our application system after you’ve submitted it once, so you can easily apply for multiple positions.
Remember to review your resume and application for any updates before applying. If an offer is extended to you, your prior employment and education will be verified through a third-party vendor.
Where will I interview?
Depending on the position, you may have an in-person interview at our Sioux Falls office or Los Angeles office, or you may have a remote video interview via Microsoft Teams.
You’ll receive specific instructions on where to go and what to do prior to your interview.
How can I prepare for an interview?
We want to learn about you, so you’ll likely be asked behavioral and situational questions relating to your past work experiences. Think about some key highlights and wins you want to bring up during the interview. Also think about what you’re looking for in your next role. What excites you, and where do you want your career to go?
This is your time to learn about SONIFI, too. What do you want to know about the teams and leaders you’d be working with? Any particular areas you want to definitely have (or definitely avoid) as part of your role?
