Do you possess a deep understanding of the hospitality industry? Are you a visionary Product Manager with a passion for driving advancements in guest, employee, and support team experiences? We're looking for an exceptional individual who will lead product management efforts, specifically focusing on Interactive Television (iTV) systems for large hotel brands.


What you’ll do:

You will be the driving force behind our iTV product line strategy for one of our major hotel partners. Your role will require balancing needs of our customer, our team, and a large third-party developer to deliver a reliable and supportable iTV system that delights guests. You’ll identify internal and external requirements to improve the platform, closely manage sustainment activities to optimize how we support 1,000+ hotel systems, and provide product leadership through the entire product lifecyle.


What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or technical field required, MBA desired, and five to seven years minimum relevant work experience in product management, product development, business development, or similar function, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills - oral, written, and electronic.
  • Multi-year experience in product management for Mobile products and applications
  • Deep understanding of data analytics is required, and the ability to collect, aggregate, organize, and analyze data.
  • Knowledge and experience in the requirements and definition of web portal applications and infrastructure.
  • Superior people skills, in order to gather product information, facilitate evaluation processes, and perform business development functions.
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to work and lead cross-functionally throughout the organization.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Broad exposure to current and future technology concepts and an aptitude to understand and communicate technical concepts as they relate to product concept development and business development requirements.
