Join our amazing team! SONIFI® Solutions, Inc., the leader in technology solutions for the hospitality and healthcare industries, is looking to add a Salesforce Administrator to the team! The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the administration of Salesforce.com. This includes system configuration, production support, user provisioning, AppExchange apps implementation, requirements gathering and documentation, data management and creating functional solutions. This role collaborates with business stakeholders to identify, define, and implement changes and enhancements to meet business requirements. Work with other team members in a collaborative way.

What you’ll do:

  • Act as subject matter professional for various Salesforce clouds.
  • Actively participate in agile events and help accelerate projects to completion on a timely basis.
  • Liaise and work closely with the internal teams on escalated technical issues and Enhancement changes/new features.
  • Collaborate with other team members to understand requirements and translate those to declarative solutions in Salesforce.
  • Stay updated with new Salesforce release features and provide insights on how they can be beneficial to business users. Research add-on apps and provide recommendations based on use cases.
  • Perform hands-on work related to sandbox management, release management and overall platform health.
  • Recommend and implement short term or long-term workarounds to system and/or business processes.

What you’ll need:

  • BA/BS degree in a computer discipline and 6+ years of Salesforce administrator experience is required, or the equivalent educations and/or experience.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator required. Strong preference for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service Lightning consultant certifications.
  • Functional architecture experience is preferred.
  • Solutioning using declarative methods, Flows, hand-on configuration and past credible experience with Salesforce best practices is needed.
  • Design and implement solutions with emphasis on user experience.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems, escalate, and track problems appropriately.
  • Experience working on multiple Salesforce Implementations with Service, Sales, Custom Applications, and associated technologies.
  • Prior hands-on work with Experience Cloud is preferred. Salesforce CPQ knowledge is nice to have.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with the team.
  • Willingness to follow established SDLC process and agile orientation is needed.
  • Highly skilled in interpersonal and verbal/written communications, presentations, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Generally starting at $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, experience, education, specialty, and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage. This position is also eligible for PTO, holidays, health, dental, vision, retirement plan, pet insurance, on-demand pay, and a variety of other benefits.
