Join our amazing team! SONIFI® Solutions, Inc., the leader in technology solutions for the hospitality and healthcare industries, is looking to add a Hospitality Sales Representative to the team! We are seeking a motivated and sales-driven Hospitality Sales representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a knack for identifying client needs, and a proven track record for closing sales. Your primary responsibility will be to expand our Free to Guest (FTG) services by cultivating and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients within the hospitality & Sr. Living markets. This role requires a motivated individual with proven experience in managing a sales pipeline, prospecting via cold calls, initiating marketing campaigns, nurturing a sales funnel, and ultimately delivering signed contracts for SONIFI’s FTG offerings.

What you’ll do:

  • Identifying potential clients through research, networking, cold calling, and targeted marketing campaigns focusing on hotels, resorts, and other lodging establishments.
  • Conducting presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients, highlighting the benefits SONIFI has to offer.
  • Collaborating closely with SONIFI Sales Engineering team to ensure requirements are met before contracting services.
  • Maintaining accurate records (via Salesforce CRM) of all sales activities including client communications, proposals, and contracts.
  • Attending Industry events, conferences, and trade shows for networking purposes as required.
  • Providing feedback to the Director of Sales Planning and SVP of Sales on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly prospecting and sales goals
  • Collaboration with the Director of Sales Planning to determine necessary strategic sales approaches and develop a calendar of activities to continually work prospect list.
  • Providing prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Attending periodic sales training where applicable.

What you’ll need:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in the technology, hospitality, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and the technology needs of hotels and resorts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce CRM, as well as Microsoft Office, and marketing tools such as HubSpot.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

Generally starting at $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually with commission. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, experience, education, specialty, and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage. This position is also eligible for PTO, holidays, health, dental, vision, retirement plans, pet insurance, on-demand pay, and a variety of other benefits.
