Project Coordinator
Job Description
SONIFI® Solutions, the leader in technology solutions for the hospitality and healthcare industries, is looking to add a Project Coordinator to our team. The Project Coordinator, Professional Solutions will have responsibility for supporting the Third-Party Services team and customers throughout the full life cycle of a variety of project types. This person works independently as well as within a team to coordinate projects, schedules, materials, and other administrative functions. The position will also assist with planning goals and overall departmental efficiencies. This is a full-time, non-exempt position located in Sioux Falls, SD.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate activities pertaining to all aspects of the Third-Party business process.
- Case Management – formulate, verify, and create cases as needed (to include mass case creations), timely case closures and constant updates to Third Party contacts as needed.
- Interact and attend regular meetings with third party partners to provide support as needed. Follow up on customer (internal and external) questions, requests, and issues in a timely manner.
- Provide input on internal procedures for service partner/subcontractor contact information, required forms, processes and policies as needed.
- Interpret, verify and process FWO’s for projects and service requests to ensure proper invoicing as agreed by Third Party partners and associated rate cards.
- Assist Project Managers with Service & Project Requests to ensure accurate and timely responses.
- Coordination of projects and special Third-Party needs.
- Reporting - including Project Tracking, Support Case Metrics for projects/third party service and other data reporting. Maintain accurate, detailed, well-organized and documented files.
- Oversee, research, and correct transaction errors maintaining communications with the customer appropriately.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, well-organized data within SONIFI internal systems.
- Provide remote support and escalation for calls/e-mails from Third Party partners.
- Provide feedback to improve internal procedures for Third Party information, contracts, required forms, processes and policies.
- Assist with user acceptance testing of internal applications, as necessary.
- Promote and maintain positive working relationships while working to meet departmental and company goals.
- Comply and adhere to departmental and company procedures and policies.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
What you’ll need:
- Associate degree and a minimum 3 years of related experience, preferably in a technical environment; or have the equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
- Ability to adapt to a technical environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills.
- Experienced providing outstanding customer service delighting customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities through the course of the day.
- Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated.

The pay for the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, experience, education, specialty, and training.
