Job Description

SONIFI® Solutions, Inc., the leader in technology solutions for the hospitality and healthcare industries, is looking to add a Program Manager to the team! This role will lead all aspects of program management; developing and implementing multi-phased programs from original concept through final implementation, creating detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, forecast and actual budget reports, resource plans and executive status reports. It requires highly disciplined execution and coordination between cross functional departments and several external vendors. The Program Manager will be accountable for on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery of all program elements.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the development and implementation of multi-phased programs across SONIFI from original concept through final implementation. Identifying milestones, creating detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, forecast and actual budget reports, and executive status reports.
  • Lead cross functional task forces, hold regular program reviews, and drive progress towards milestones and deliverables.
  • Collaborate and work cross-functionally with various areas of the organization to identify resources, budget and time constraints, and provide direction on finding solutions to issues.
  • Work with key stakeholders across the organization to define strategy and requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional development on new technology from design through delivery.
  • Coordinate with development teams using the Agile Scrum framework to resolve impediments and achieve goals.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, at multiple locations, to deliver software and services in sync with launch timelines.
  • Produce clear and concise executive reports and present to an executive-level audience on program status and progress including financial recognition.
  • Manage dependencies between multiple projects.
  • Manage drop-in work.
  • Manage program risk, including risk analysis, tracking, and mitigation.
  • Successfully lead the delivery of projects.
  • Be an informed leader that makes and drives timely decisions within a high energy fast-paced environment.
  • Develops, reviews, oversees, and/or approves all project plans for conformance and program strategy.


What you’ll need:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business and 5 years of experience with planning or program management in a high growth dynamic rapidly changing business is required, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Cross functional experience with global business units is preferred.
  • Experience managing complex cross functional programs is preferred.
  • Sufficient technical knowledge and experience to be able to communicate effectively with the multiple organizations within the company and to check/review their plans and progress.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to manage the program with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal leadership skills and ability to commit, influence, motivate and successfully manage teams while working in a matrix / dotted line management structure, teams are not direct reports. Must be able to develop trusting, lasting relationships with team members across the company, have ability to collaborate, motivate, and lead cross functional teams.
  • Conflict management skills including the ability to work with and resolve conflicting needs and requirements.
  • Ability to analyze data and effectively report problems through written and/or graphical formats.
  • Solid decision-making skills and business judgment and must be professional, honest, and concise.
  • Strong organization skills, ability to prioritize in the face of multiple project demands focus on critical details.

Generally starting at $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, experience, education, specialty, and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage. This position is also eligible for PTO, holidays, health, dental, vision, retirement plan, pet insurance, on-demand pay, and a variety of other benefits.
