Bridge Vision and Execution as a Product Owner at SONIFI
SONIFI Health, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Product Owner to drive the successful delivery of high-impact solutions. In this role, you’ll serve as the critical link between product vision and technical execution—owning the product backlog, translating business value into actionable user stories, and ensuring development teams are aligned with clear goals and priorities. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, stakeholders, and customers to maximize user impact and guide features from concept through release. What you will do:
- Define and prioritize backlog items and product features, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision and goals.
- Develop a strong knowledge of SONIFI products to create impactful features that support our strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and understand issues to be addressed through technology enhancements.
- Create clearly written user stories and acceptance criteria to enable high-velocity, high-quality code delivery.
- Act as the go-to product resource for the development and testing teams, removing impediments and clarifying goals.
- Participate in all agile ceremonies, including daily scrum meetings, grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
- Assess and address product quality issues as necessary.
- Provide product documentation and support the creation of training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor, track, and report on the progress of assigned products.
- Serve as the technology needs point of contact for the business, fostering a strong and collaborative relationship with all stakeholders.
- Contribute to refinements of SONIFI Health’s software development process as needed.
- Foster a collaborative and transparent team culture, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, marketing, or a technical field, and a minimum of five years of relevant work experience in software applications product management, software development, or a similar function is required, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of Healthcare IT solution experience is a must.
- Proficient using Atlassian products for software development, including Jira and Confluence.
- Proven ability to aggregate, organize, and analyze data to drive product decisions.
- Expertise in writing product requirements and detailed acceptance criteria.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional and remote teams.
- Process-minded with the ability to adapt and implement change management as needed.
Together, we can build your future! SONIFI pays a competitive salary for this role based on a variety of factors including location, experience, education, specialty, and training. This position is also eligible for PTO, holidays, health, dental, vision, retirement plan, pet insurance, on-demand pay, and a variety of other benefits.
Generally starting between $90,000 - $120,000 annually; the salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, experience, education, specialty, and training. This pay range is not a promise of a particular wage.
