Job Description

SONIFI® Solutions, Inc., the leader in technology solutions for the hospitality and healthcare industries, is looking to add a Nursing Executive to our team. The Nursing Executive is responsible for managing the implementation of SONIFI solutions as it relates to clinical workflow and patient education. This is accomplished by educating the client on the clinical functionality available with the system(s) and coaching the client through the decision-making process to ensure desired outcomes are achieved. The individual in this position will work closely with patient educators and clinical leaders to build custom patient education programs. The position will observe clinical workflow on care units and make recommendations for process improvements through interactive technologies. Responsibilities include performing quality control reviews of live systems, developing and administering clinical training plans, and acting as the clinical subject matter expert for sales and product development activities.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Work with SONIFI and hospital team members to determine key initiatives and goals.
  • Observe nursing workflow and make recommendations to drive clinical adoption and patient engagement.
  • Work with clinical team members to implement clinical functionality like patient screens, discharge planning and patient education.
  • Identify opportunities and participate in clinical research activities.
  • Identify critical stakeholders and help to establish governance teams for the solution(s)
  • Create, maintain, and administer training plans for hospital clinical teams.
  • Support product development activities as it relates to clinical workflow, clinical systems, and best practices.
  • Support Enterprise Sales Executives (ESEs) and Customer Success Executives (CSEs) with clinical presentations and meetings.
  • Provide ongoing customer support through patient education reviews, training, and clinical engagement activities with a portfolio of customers.
  • Speak on behalf of SONIFI on webinars, clinical message boards, social media, and other communication channels.
  • Stay informed about the healthcare industry with respect to certifications, credentialing, reimbursements, best practices, and technology to ensure SONIFI’s products and messaging are current and appropriate.

 

What you’ll need:

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in nursing, with preference given to Patient Educators, along with 3-5 years of demonstrated clinical experience or the equivalent combination of related education and/or work experience.
  • Must have strong written, verbal, and inter-personal communication skills with the ability to give oral presentations and run meetings.
  • Must have strong initiative, organization, and work follow-up skills.
  • Must have a desire to work with people and the ability to motivate and challenge all team members (internal and external) to meet commitments and schedules.
  • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be organized, and pay close attention to details.
  • Experience with productivity software applications like Word or Excel along with general computer competency for learning custom applications required in this position.
  • Must have the ability to understand and communicate clinical concepts to both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
