Job Description

SONIFI® Solutions, Inc., the leader in technology solutions for the hospitality and healthcare industries, is looking to add a Movie Content Scheduling Specialist to our team. The Movie Content Scheduling Specialist is responsible for configuring sites, assisting in the scheduling of ongoing programming while confirming that appropriate processes are followed. The position requires maintaining and working in numerous computer systems including Media Manager (LMM), Digital Scheduling Application (GP Billing), Content Management System (CMS) and Salesforce, compiling of content assets, documentation, proofing, creation and verification of accurate and final site schedules.

 


What you’ll do:

  • Input detailed information in LMM, GP Billing and CMS for programming, build/populate lineups, run schedules and confirm accuracy of all information.
  • Configure content in LMM, GP Billing and CMS to create lineup and schedule.
  • Decipher critical detailed information and complex business rules to gather configuration details.
  • Daily written and oral interaction with various distributors and internal departments to verify site specific configuration details, compile and verify programming assets.
  • Verify CMS output for each specific site modified.
  • Extract data from Salesforce to verify site specific contract details.
  • Filing of all correspondence, agreements, and monthly working documents.
  • Finalize lineups utilizing CMS and review of revenue data.
  • Proof descriptions and images for accuracy.
  • Learn new programs and assist on projects as assigned by Director.
  • Various projects, adhoc research and other duties as assigned.

 


What you’ll need:

  • High School Diploma with a preference of an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience and a minimum of two years related experience.  
  • Must have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy with assigned tasks. 
  • Must be highly proficient with Excel to manipulate various spreadsheets, and have experience with Word, Outlook or its equivalent. 
  • Must be proactive, able to decipher and solve complex problems and make decisions independently. 
  • Must have the technical aptitude to understand SONIFI driven software programs including Media Manager, GP Billing, CMS, and Salesforce.
