Job Description

SONIFI® Solutions, Inc., the leader in technology solutions for the hospitality and healthcare industries, is looking to add an Inside Sales Representative to the team! The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing exceptional sales and customer service to secure contracts and enhance relationships, resulting in increased sales volume and overall customer satisfaction and retention. This position works as a part of an integrated Customer Success and Enterprise Sales team to drive the retention of existing DirecTV customers and the prospecting of new DirecTV customers, as well as adoption of other solutions by DirecTV customers.


What you’ll do:

  • Renew contracts for DirecTV only customers and transition customers referred by DirecTV to SONIFI Health contract paper. 
  • Create and execute campaigns to upsell and expand adoption of DirecTV and complementary solutions.
  • Expand the DirecTV client base by prospecting and closing new customers, including building, and managing a pipeline.
  • Secure opportunities for the Enterprise Sales Executives to sell core SONIFI solutions to DirecTV only customers.
  • Support Customer Success Executives as they sell DirecTV to SONIFI customers not currently subscribed to DirecTV.
  • Support Customer Success Executives as they expand DirecTV to SONIFI customers that do not have DirecTV enterprise wide.
  • Support Enterprise Sales Executives as they add DirecTV to core SONIFI solution proposals.
  • Continuously engage with product owners on DirecTV and select complementary solutions to serve as the SONIFI Health subject matter expert.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates to customer records using the most current CRM tool.

What you’ll need:

  • High School Diploma along with a minimum of two (2) years’ sales experience, preferably in technology and/or healthcare sales, or the equivalent combination of related education and/or work experience.
  • Demonstrated success in the application of common sales techniques.
  • DirecTV or similar system experience a plus
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to comprehend, prepare, and communicate technical, financial, and contract details. 
  • Experience using a CRM like Salesforce or equivalent tools.
  • Experience using prospecting tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or equivalent tools.
  • Team player that can view success in terms of team performance, customer satisfaction, employee/team satisfaction, and quality of work, as well as individual sales volume.
  • Comfortable with learning new technologies and educating others.  
  • Familiar with MS Office’s suite of products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
