What you’ll do:
The Implementation Project Manager works closely with internal teams to scope and manage SONIFI project implementations, including systems delivered via satellite, RF, LAN/WAN, DOCSIS, wireless, etc., with the primary goal of delivering an exceptional product and customer experience. This includes consulting and working with managerial and technical staff at hotels, management companies, as well as providing technical assistance to Sales, and other departments within SONIFI, along with its affiliates and subsidiaries. 

  • Strategically analyze your territory, create and implement plans for current and prospective clients, and drive solution development in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of solutions, track account metrics, and identify growth opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing complex technical issues, managing account inquiries, and coordinating internal processes (e.g., site surveys, proposals, contracts).
  • Contribute to strategic planning, marketing communications, and foster collaboration with internal sales partners.
  • Serve as a product expert and conduct engaging web-based demonstrations.
  • Proactively assess customer needs and develop trusted advisor relationships.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related degree, OR an Associate’s degree in Business, or related degree, PLUS two (2) years of business experience; OR four (4) years’ experience in business. In addition, candidates must also possess a minimum of two (2) years related experience, preferably enterprise technology implementation project management experience and hospitality technology experience. 
  • Knowledge of IP technology and networking principles.
  • Familiarity of systems typically found in hotel settings (Property Management, Guest WiFi, Guest Room Entertainment, and others). 
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills and customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and within teams. 
  • Ability to understand complex technical system interactions.  
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to timelines as well as organizational, critical thinking, problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Experienced using project management techniques and software applications.  
  • General understanding of interactive media systems and / or IP systems is preferred.   
  • Experience using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required. 
  • PMP or PMI training preferred. 
  • Salesforce and NetSuite experience is preferred.

This position is also eligible for PTO, holidays, health, dental, vision, retirement plan, pet insurance, on-demand pay, and a variety of other benefits. 
 
Generally annual base salary starting between $70,000 - $100,000. The base salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, experience, education, specialty, and training. This pay range is not a promise of a particular wage.
