Job Description

SONIFI® Solutions, the leader in technology solutions for the hospitality and healthcare industries, is looking to add a Corporate Collections Specialist to our Team. Enjoy a Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm work schedule with no weekends! This individual will be responsible for overseeing a customer portfolio to resolve opportunities regarding delinquent accounts and billing corrections. Major areas include business-to-business contacts and electronic correspondence with No Auto-Dialer to insure proper resolution to customer billing matters. The ideal candidate pays significant attention to detail and has excellent verbal and writing skills. In addition, the candidate should possess knowledge of Word and Excel along with analytical research abilities.


What you’ll need:


  • 2+ years working in a financial or accounting role, preferably in Collections.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Display strong analytical sense, problem solving abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Adobe and Excel.
