At SONIFI Health, we are seeking a Brand Experience Lead to guide healthcare organizations through brand, content, and user experience decisions for our interactive patient engagement software solutions. This role acts as a key client facing partner, working closely with hospital marketing, patient experience, and clinical teams to translate their goals into intuitive, consistent, and high quality digital experiences.

The Brand Experience Lead plays a critical role throughout the customer lifecycle, from implementation through ongoing optimization. This individual balances creativity with structure, provides clear guidance rooted in best practices, and ensures each customer’s branded experience aligns with SONIFI standards while supporting adoption and long term success.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Lead healthcare clients through brand, content, and experience customization of SONIFI patient engagement solutions
Educate client stakeholders on platform capabilities, configuration options, and user experience best practices
Translate customer decisions into configured systems in partnership with internal content management and production teams
Build, configure, and maintain customer facing assets including text, graphics, video, and related content
Conduct quality control reviews to ensure a consistent, high quality experience across patient and clinician facing applications
Serve as an ongoing experience partner to assigned customers throughout the subscription term, supporting updates and enhancements
Communicate proactively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, timelines, and successful outcomes
Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and customer satisfaction
Contribute to documentation, internal processes, and evolving best practices within the Content and Brand Customizations team
Partner with Product Management to provide input on feature enhancements and configuration options that address customer needs

Requirements:

  • Associate degree required at minimum. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, ideally in marketing, communications, user experience design, or a related discipline.
  • Three to five years of experience in a client facing, consultative role such as software implementation, digital experience, UX, content configuration, branding, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills with comfort leading discussions and facilitating meetings with external stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of branding principles, digital content, and user experience best practices.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to learn and work within software platforms and configuration tools.
  • Healthcare, patient engagement, or health technology experience strongly preferred.
