Production Specialist, Configuration and Customization
Location: Sioux Falls, SD
Position Summary:
The Production Specialist, Configuration and Customization is responsible for executing and supporting complex projects related to property configuration, content programming schedules, and customization initiatives. This role ensures the accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of all production assets and system configurations.
This position works across multiple systems including Content Management Systems and Salesforce, managing data, validating programming schedules, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
What you’ll do:
• Input and maintain detailed configuration and content programming data across multiple systems, including building schedules and validating accuracy
• Interpret complex requirements, business rules, and configuration details to ensure accurate system setup
• Create, manage, and implement customization, advertising, and production related projects
• Oversee day to day operational aspects of content, customization, and brand initiatives including asset intake, creation, deployment, and status communication
• Finalize and manage assets within CMS, including reviewing applicable revenue data and ensuring proper delivery to distribution systems
• Validate final property schedules to ensure programming, configurations, and assets are accurate, complete, and delivered on time
• Collaborate daily with internal teams and external partners to verify configuration details and ensure alignment across systems
• Review and verify CMS outputs to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
• Train and support customers on portal functionality and guide them in utilizing customizable features of the SONIFI platform
• Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent requests, projects, and deadlines
• Support ad hoc requests, research initiatives, and special projects as needed
What you’ll need:
• High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical, content, configuration, or systems driven role
• Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of delivering accurate, high quality work
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with complex spreadsheets; working knowledge of Word and Outlook
• Ability to interpret complex requirements, analyze data, and independently solve problems
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
• Experience working with Content Management Systems and Salesforce is preferred
• Familiarity with AI enabled tools to improve efficiency and productivity is a plus
